My question is What are the connection / collaboration between the major tech actors which focus on NFT and art specialist Wax, or Flow (Rarible has just announced its platform on Flow) You were talking about sandbox.
Discussions: Adapt art > a lot of work to adapt to different platform / no so tech savy people
people don't go on website to see 2D, 3D experience is much more intereting
Documentation is important / instruction given by the artist to respect the artwork in future (in museum)
Blockchain is transparent, but the platform is not (hide behind decentralized storage) but who will run it if they are not there ? Who will pay for that ? If platform disappear, even if it is on blockchain, it is not available (need specialist to have it back)
NFT can create passive income but it does not represent an insurance. IP disappear momentaly but this has to come back
NFT space : everybody is a curator VS for decen maximalist, curator is the evil gatekeeper Tricky at the time, it is rather the ones with a community on social media (>>> Same for DEFI) Curation : How to link an artwork to another Curation Vs Community managing Lakoubay >> curation is a real thing >>>? Decentralized curation Karen : collectioner are not curators (not all at last) curtor > to plan exhibition
Lakoubay : curation will come on the frontline now, after Fomo peak Colborn Bell is the co-founder and Director of the Museum of Crypto Art. he agree that he is a collectioner but not a curator Don't want that crypto art be reduced to memes
//art curator : knows how to create value from artworkts
//karen importance of metaverse : can bring a lot of solution
//no standard no leg, trial and error process Artists as process in new technologies
